I totally agree!There is NO pulse in journalism today. Beside the posibility of FOX cable news everyone else just blows off all the connections that Obama has. Thats sad for journalism here in America. Our journalism is about as one sided as Al-Jazeera.

Well Brad-508731, where do I began? First, I believe that it is a Republican President that has steered us towards Socialism. Secondly, if you pull the wool from over your eyes, you would realize that America has always been a Socialist society with Capitalistic tendencies. All of our tax dollars go into maintaining our infrastructure right? All of our tax dollars build and maintain schools, right? All of our tax dollars pay our elected officials, right? So wake up! Also, read history, blacks have always voted at very high percentages for Democrats. Now, we have always voted for the candidate that we thought was best for us because prior to Johnson, a large amount of black people supported the Republican party. This is the first time that we have a serious candidate. But if Barack was Republican but still spoke about change and tax cuts for the middle class and a better health system, we would still vote for him. It is white america that has not had to deal with voting against someone because of there race and unfortunatley, it seems as if you all are going to fail this test, on a whole, miserably. And that's unfortunate. I bet you are a conservative. You need to look at the difference in what that means based off of financial status. For the regular joe, that may mean eating out less, buying less clothing, packing lunch for work, buying the cheaper shoes ect...... But for the McCains & Bushes of the world, conservative means cutting education, healthcare, jobs and pretty much, all the social programs that use to help make this country great. They are about the bottom line and as a 10 year business owner, I can tell you that people are the first thing to get cut. Labor is usually your greatest business expense. That's why all of the jobs have been heading over seas for cheaper labor. But you have the right to vote as you wish. I am going to sit back and watch McCain/Palin blow up in your faces just like Bush/Cheney have. Good luck to us all. Please respond if you don't mind, I like lively debates.

Brad, I am not so sure these are excuses being set by Democrats that fear they will lose. The Democrats are looking like restless natives, and this will blow the chance of winning. And.... I am not certain who is planting this seed, but it might be the intention (of the republicans) to plant this seed of racial warring within the Democratic party. Either that, or some very stupid Democrats that are slinging the term racist around inside the Democratic party not having the sense to see it will destroy the Democratic Party ( for this election, anyway) I originally thought Obama had potential to be President, but when I heard he accused Hillary of being RACIST it made me sick, that he tried to use this line to gather a few votes. We don't need a President with this type of character, in my opinion. I am sick of hearing this term (racist ) thrown out to the convenience of the person that is using it. Now, I am not sure if I will even vote because I am Democrat, but not too proud of it right now.
